As per the assigning of power by Hon. Governor, the institutional affairs done in ministerial level such as recruitment of staff, confirmation in service, extension in service and retirement in the departments of health services, Ayurvedic, social services and probation and childcare would be very significant amongst the duties performed by the administrative division of this ministry. In addition the ministry through the public service commission carries out the recruitment activities of the officers belonging to professional services recruited, trained, and attached to the provincial public service by the line ministry.
